Events

Linda dresses rooms. Balloon garlands, draped backdrops, head tables, arches and table flowers — for graduations, showers, quinceañeras, weddings, and the parties that do not have a name yet.

Event work is quoted per job, once she knows the room and the date. Lead time is [NEEDS LINDA: event lead time].

How an event gets booked

Nothing here has a fixed price, because no two rooms are the same. A balloon garland across an eight-foot wall is a different job from the same garland in a gymnasium. Linda quotes once she has seen the space, or a photograph of it.

Tell her three things

The date, the venue, and roughly what you want to spend. Colours and themes can come later — most people change their mind about those anyway, and she is used to it.

What she sets up

Balloon garlands and columns, sequin and draped backdrops, floral arches, head tables and sweetheart tables, centrepieces, and the entrance pieces that decide what a room feels like before anyone has sat down.

Setup and collection

Linda installs on site and comes back for the hardware afterwards. Venues usually need to know in advance when she is arriving, so the earlier you have a date, the easier it is to hold.
